I’m Bilquis, a design and construction project manager with over a decade of experience bringing architectural and development projects from concept to completion.

I’m drawn to the full lifecycle of a project—from early brainstorming and site selection to the final details on site. I enjoy leading the process, coordinating teams, solving problems along the way, and translating a vision into something tangible and built.

With a background in real estate, I approach projects with an owner/developer mindset, balancing design intent with feasibility, entitlement strategy, and business goals.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring new restaurants, flowing through a hot yoga class, or spending time with my family.
